Realized it would suck if a user paid 100 credits to import a channel with 100 videos, but it turns out 80 of those videos are missing a transcription.

Added a new feature (hope its working well) that refunds 80 credits in this scenario.

[Update]: credits will now only be charged after the import, as opposed to before, so we don’t have to take away credits then refund them back after.
